Description
The Institute, in collaboration with Lintstock - a key contributor to the UK All-Party Parliamentary Corporate Governance Group on board evaluations for over 20 years - brings you this seminar to assist you in complying with the new Listing Rules requirement for Hong Kong-listed companies to conduct board evaluations every two years starting from 1 July 2025.
The seminar will draw on current Linstock research with insights from over 400 directors, including 195 chairs and executives, to highlight how board evaluations are evolving from a compliance exercise to a strategic tool for enhancing board effectiveness.
Speakers from Lintstock will discuss how to structure evaluations to reflect a board’s unique dynamics, foster a culture of open feedback, and balance individual and collective assessments.
With a strong focus on global insights, this seminar is highly relevant to chairs, directors, senior management, and governance professionals on how best to comply with the new Listing Rules to enhance board effectiveness.
