Trust might sound sophisticated, but it is in fact something we would encounter in day-to-day life. Governance Professionals will not be unfamiliar with “Declaration of Trust” found in the "Green Box" for example. Trust has application in a wider context and is a useful tool in wealth management, succession planning and tax optimisation. In this seminar, one expert in both legal and tax aspects will go back to the basics, introduce the principles of trust, and illustrate the legal concept with real life examples.
