Description

HKICS recently published the 2nd edition of “Guidelines on Practices of Inside Information Disclosure of A+H Companies” (the “Guidelines”).  Based on the Guidelines, the purposes of the seminar are:

  • To give you an introduction to the law and regulations in Hong Kong relating to disclosure of inside information; and
  • To provide you with the major similarities and differences between the inside information/material information disclosure law and regulations of Hong Kong and the PRC.

You will hear not only the information disclosure law and regulations in Hong Kong but will also be introduced to the PRC law and regulations on information disclosure and comparisons of some of the major Hong Kong and PRC provisions. References will also be made to some of the recent Hong Kong decided cases on disclosure of inside information.

The seminar is useful for company secretaries/board secretaries of A+H companies and H-share companies. If you are interested to know more about the PRC information disclosure law and regulations, you will find the seminar useful as an introduction.
