The CGQP June 2025 examinations were held from 9 to 19 June 2025, with over 400 candidates enrolled on the examinations in four exam centres, including Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.
1. Examination results
The results of the June 2025 examination diet, as well as the examination papers, mark schemes and examiners’ reports, are released on 19 August 2025. Candidates can access their examination results from their accounts on the Institute’s website and click ‘Results Notification’ to download the examination results notification. 2. Pass rates
We are pleased to share that pass rates have lifted across seven modules in this diet: Corporate Governance, Corporate Secretaryship and Compliance, Hong Kong Company Law, Interpreting Financial and Accounting Information, Hong Kong Taxation, Risk Management, and Strategic Management.
A summary of the pass rates is set out below:

3. Students who completed the CGQP, and Module Prize and Merit Certificate awardees

4. Review of examination results
Candidates may apply for a review of their examination results by submitting a completed Examination Results Review Application form (Click HERE) with a fee of HK$2,200 per module to the Institute by 2 September 2025. Click HERE for the application details.
5. November 2025 examination diet
The CGQP November 2025 examination diet is open for enrolment from 15 July to 29 August 2025. All examination enrolments must be made online via the login area of the Institute’s website. Click HERE for details of the examination timetable and key dates.
