HKICS is pleased to collaborate with KPMG and CLP on the issue of a research report ‘ESG: A view from the top’.

The report is issued today as part of the HKICS Corporate Governance Week prior to the Corporate Governance Conference where The Honourable Mr James Lau JP, Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, is the Guest of Honour and Professor Mervyn King, Chairman of the International Integrated Reporting Council, speaks as keynote speaker at the JW Marriott Hong Kong tomorrow.

The report featuring a survey of more than 200 senior executives of Hong Kong listed companies finds a majority of surveyed business executives of Hong Kong listed companies have yet to integrate environmental, social and governance (ESG) as part of their core business strategy, while most indicate they see value in it.
