HKCGI - AML/CFT

The Government recognised, under Hong Kong’s latest National AML/CFT Risk Assessment (2018), that HKCGI members are professional and experienced, and can be found within the senior management level of TCSPs.

HKCGI has entered the AML/CFT Charter with the following leading TCSPs to contribute to AML/CFT regulation and best practices for the TCSP sector even before promulgating official AML/CFT guidelines. These leading TCSPs continue to support HKCGI's AML/CFT thought leadership for the TCSP sector, including contributions to the HKCGI AML/CFT Certification Course:
