The Council of the Institute has resolved to issue guidelines entitled "Company Secretary Appointment Guidelines for HKICS Members – Good Practice as to the Number of Appointments as ‘Named’ Company Secretaries of Hong Kong Listed Issuers" to set forth recommended best practice by Members as from 1 September 2018 (effective date).
