The purpose of this CSP training series aims to provide practical knowledge and examples to members and other practitioners who wish to seek hands-on knowledge and case studies of handling company secretarial assignments and statutory compliance works for listed companies.

In this seminar, the speaker will share some practical examples, real case studies, work experiences and tips of dealing with the disclosure of interests in securities (“DI”) for listed companies under Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (“SFO”). The following topics will be covered:-

  • Introduction of Part XV of the SFO
  • DI Notification Requirement
  • Long and Short Positions, Relevant Events and Types of Notifiable Interests
  • Analysis of DI Standard Codes and Descriptions
  • Practical Examples on DI Forms
