The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (the Institute) published on 28 February 2020 the 'Shanghai-Hong Kong and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connects Regulatory Practices' (the report) conducted by the Mainland China Technical Consultation Panel of the Institute. 

This survey report, based on responses from targeted enterprises, focuses on applied information disclosure practices of A+H Share companies taking into account the differences between the regulatory regimes in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
