Description

On 25 September 2025, the Institute and KPMG released a joint report on the revised Corporate Governance Code [LINK]. This report emphasises the Board's responsibilities regarding risk management and internal control ("RMIC") through enhanced Mandatory Disclosure Requirements (“MDRs”).

This seminar is crucial for directors, senior management, and governance professionals. Participants will gain insight into how the MDRs will affect the review of RMIC systems, the practical challenges that boards encounter, and strategies to ensure effective oversight and accountability.

KPMG experts and a distinguished panel of directors and industry leaders will provide practical insights on enhancing governance, meeting investor’s and regulator’s expectations, and navigating the evolving regulatory landscape over RMIC. They will address essential questions that every director must consider.
