Description

AI is transforming business at a pace few boards can ignore. Alongside opportunities for efficiency and innovation come serious governance risks — from multimillion-dollar deepfake frauds and chatbot misinformation lawsuits to data leaks that damage trust and reputation. This lecture brings together governance, ethics and technology experts to deliver practical insights that boards and governance professionals can apply immediately. Using real-world examples, our speakers will examine:

  • How to safeguard sensitive data and prevent leakage
  • Practical ways to mitigate AI hallucinations and misinformation
  • Strengthening organisational cybersecurity and oversight
  • Setting clear policies and controls for responsible AI use

Directors and governance professionals will leave with an understanding of some of the major risks, albeit these are constantly evolving, and more importantly, the thoughts to ensure AI strengthens — not undermines — organisational integrity.
