Under Hong Kong Listing Rules, issuers must hold an Annual general meeting (“AGM”) in respect of each financial year, to allow shareholders, management and directors to examine and make decisions on important affairs of the issuers. In this regard, how to run AGMs with belt-and-braces approach and integrate joint efforts from key stakeholders, shows its importance to have AGMs stitched up with good practice. This seminar aims to share regulatory insights and practical experience on essential AGM matters from different perspectives, to tackle and stay beyond challenges throughout AGM season.
