The purpose of the Company Secretarial Practical Training Series is to provide training to members who wish to seek hands-on knowledge and practical experience of the company secretarial practices in listed companies.
In this seminar, the speaker will share some practical examples, cases, experiences and tips for the disclosure of interests in securities (“DI”) for listed companies under Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (“SFO”). The following items will be covered:

- Long and Short Positions, Relevant Events and Types of Notifiable Interests
- Analysis of DI Standard Codes and Descriptions
- Practical Examples on DI Forms
