The 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) will be held at the Harcourt Suite at The Hong Kong Club, 1 Jackson Road, Central, Hong Kong on Friday, 4 October 2024 at 4:30pm (local time). The meeting will also be fully digitally enabled via Vistra.

If you choose to participate online, you will be able to appoint a proxy and ask questions in writing in advance of the meeting. You will also be able to view a live webcast, submit questions in writing and vote if you have not already submitted a proxy.
If you prefer to use a printable proxy form, please complete and return the Form of Proxy as per the instructions given in the form.
Members are encouraged to use Vistra e-Voting System to lodge their voting or appoint a proxy online prior to the meeting, and participate online during the meeting. Further information can be found at CGI’s website as mentioned above.
