On 17 February 2023, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) agreed to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with respect to the Trial Administrative Measures of Overseas Securities Offering and Listing by Domestic Companies, which will come into effect on 31 March 2023.
