The Institute is committed to helping the government in its fight against Covid-19 in Hong Kong. On 6 May 2022, the Institute donated 9,000 masks to PSCHK in an effort to relieve the effects of the pandemic among the most vulnerable and marginalised groups in Hong Kong, including the elderly and the unemployed, and other minority groups.
The PSCHK established in 2002 with the purpose of responding to the growing disparity between the rich and the poor in society, providing services to poor families and the elderly, promoting social reform and building an equal and just society.
The Institute will continue to contribute and support the government in alleviating the effects of the pandemic.
