The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) cordially invites our members, graduates and students to attend our Annual Celebration 2026. Adopting the Institute’s 2026 strategic theme: ‘Future-ready Governance’, the event will take place on Friday, 16 January 2026, at the Hong Kong Club from 5.30pm to 8.30pm.

The event will bring together government officials, business leaders, regulators, dignitaries and our members to celebrate our achievements in the past year. We are honoured that Dr David Sun, GBS, JP, Chairman of the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council, will be our Guest of Honour.

The HKCGI Prize Award 2025 winner will also be announced at the Annual Celebration which will be the highlight of the evening.

Fee:

Member/ Graduate/ Student: HK$180
(All proceeds will be donated to the HKCGI Foundation)

Dress code:

Business Attire (Jeans, T-shirts, tracksuits, shorts, shoes for sports activities and flip-flops are NOT acceptable. No denim may be worn at any time in the Club.) Refer to the dress code policy here.

Remarks:

1.  Enrolment will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment on a first-come, first-served basis. Non-members can only enrol on this event together with an HKCGI member/graduate/student.

2. All fees paid are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by HKCGI.

3. Photos will be taken during the event. The Institute reserves the right to publish the photos on the Institute's channels, including the website, monthly journal (CGj) and social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

4. To safeguard the health of participants, participants with any of the following circumstances are not encouraged to join:

- Fever;
- Presence of symptoms of novel infectious diseases
