Description

Breast cancer remains the commonest cancer among women in Hong Kong. It accounted for 28.6% of all new cancers in females diagnosed in Hong Kong in 2022. These numbers highlighted the importance of continued awareness, education, and support for breast health across our community.

In support of breast health awareness and fundraising efforts, the Institute is pleased to once again participate in the Pink Walk, an event organized by the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation (HKBCF). This year, the Pink Walk will take place at The Peak.

The event aims to raise funds for HKBCF’s essential services, including public education on breast health and cancer prevention, patient support, and research initiatives. More information about the event is available on the HKBCF website.

We warmly invite you, your family and friends to join the Institute’s team once it is formed. Let’s walk together in PINK to promote breast health and show our support for those affected by breast cancer.
