The HKCGI Sustainability Governance Academy is delighted to arrange an exclusive visit to the Swire Archive Centre, managed by Swire Archives, for HKCGI Sustainability Professionals and ESG Reporting Certification Holders.
This event presents a unique opportunity for participants to explore Swire’s rich history spanning over two centuries in key industries, including shipping, aviation, beverages, and real estate. Participants will also gain insights into how the Swire Group has contributed to Hong Kong’s development, enjoying exhibitions and interactive displays showcasing its corporate heritage.

About Swire Archives
The Swire Group’s archives, maintained in London and Hong Kong, are the repository of Swire’s collective corporate memories, telling the Swire story all the way from the 19th century to the present day. With Swire having more than 150 years of development in Hong Kong, the Centre maintained by Swire Archives in Hong Kong provide a valuable historical resource for staff, academics, and the wider community.
Located in Taikoo Place, the site of the former Taikoo Sugar Refinery, the Swire Archive Centre consists of an environmentally-controlled repository, an innovative exhibition setup as well as a multipurpose engagement space.
