Running is one of the most accessible and effective cardio exercises, offering a powerful way to boost mental health, build self-confidence, and enhance overall well-being.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced runner, this workshop is designed to help you refine your form, improve your efficiency, and reduce the risk of injury.

Under the guidance of expert coaches, you will discover how small adjustments can lead to significant improvement. Whether you run for fitness, competition, or pure enjoyment, this workshop provides the tools and insights you need to elevate your running performance, from optimising your stride to mastering advanced breathing techniques.

Introduction of Oxyone Sports Team:
Oxyone is a sports organisation based in Hong Kong that promotes fitness and an active lifestyle for everyone. The organisation encourages regular exercise to improve fitness, build strength, and develop healthy habits. Their mission is to make fitness a daily routine, helping people achieve health, growth, and confidence. They offer training programs in running, cross-training, and outdoor activities, designed for beginners and experienced athletes alike. Using sports science, Oxyone helps improve focus and make training more effective.

Programme rundown:

7.15pm – 7.30pm

Registration and warm up

7.30pm – 8.45pm

Training session

8.45pm – 9.00pm

Cool down session

Maximum capacity:

30 persons

Equipment needed:

1. Small towel (face towel size)
2. Water and snacks
3. Mosquito repellent
4. A change of clothes (if applicable)

Remarks:

1. Enrolment will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment on a first-come, first-served basis. Non-members can only enrol on this event together with an HKCGI member/graduate/student.

2. All fees paid are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by HKCGI.

3. To safeguard the health of all participants, participants with any of the following circumstances are not encouraged to join: 
-        Fever;
-        Presence of symptoms of novel infectious disease. 

4. Photos will be taken during the event. The Institute reserves the right to publish the photos at the Institute's channels, including the website, monthly journal (CGj), and social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
