The tasting agenda includes an exploration of the differences between Champagne and Crémant de Bourgogne, an in-depth look into the rich history of Burgundy's winemaking, and a journey through its most renowned villages.

Jules de Leusse, the founder of HK Butler, a local company dedicated to the importation and distribution of exquisite French wines in Hong Kong. Remarks:

1. All participants must be aged 18 or above. Enrolment will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment on a first-come, first-served basis. Non-members can only enrol on this event together with an HKCGI member/graduate/student.

2. All fees paid are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by HKCGI.

3. To safeguard the health of all participants, participants with any of the following circumstances are not encouraged to join: 
-        Fever;
-        Presence of symptoms of novel infectious disease.

4. Photos will be taken during the event. They might be published at the Institute’s platforms including website, monthly journal (CGj), as well as the Institute’s media channels such as Facebook.
