CK Low FCG HKFCG, Institute Council member and Qualifications Committee ChairmanDescription
This interactive seminar seeks to outline a ‘roadmap’ on key issues on the often-related issues of directors’ duties and shareholders’ rights. It is targeted at those who are sitting for the CGQP exams.
This session comprises two parts:
- An overview of the key things to look for
- A discussion of a case study (Case study material will be distributed to attendees ahead of the seminar.)
To attain maximum benefit attendees shall be required to submit a short one-page bullet point outline of the issues and the applicable law as they would if they were sitting for the actual exam as the role of the speaker is principally that of a facilitator to encourage more active and vibrant discussions through the process of ‘Learning by Sharing’.
