Description

Office workers always sit at their work stations during office hours. Poor working posture and lack of exercises lead to different level of physical tension, including headaches, joint pain and muscle fatigue. Stretching and full body workout are effective ways to reduce muscle pain and enhance physical fitness.

This series of webinars focuses on stretching and exercising different muscle groups. The first session will cover upper body exercise while the second session will cover lower body exercise. A physical fitness instructor will provide guidance on bodyweight training and stretching practices to help participants to reduce physical tension for better health.
