Job Description

The Project Manager will manage the entire HKCGI application for the Accreditation of Assessment Agency for Professional Qualifications (AAPQ). Key duties include:

• Documentation and Coordination: Draft, prepare and coordinate all required documents and information for the accreditation application.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise effectively with internal departments, the Qualifications Framework Secretariat (QFS) and The Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) to facilitate the accreditation application process.
• Management Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the management regarding the progress and status of the accreditation application.
• Convene meetings: Provide secretarial support including Workgroup meetings and mock exercises before the accreditation meeting with HKCAAVQ.


Minimum Qualifications

• Possess a recognised Bachelor’s degree or above. Being a member of HKCGI an advantage
• At least 6 years’ working experience in project management or professional writing; preferably experience in application for the accreditation from HKCAAVQ or the other accreditors
• A good team player and highly motivated personality
• Independent and attentive to details
• Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation, and communication skills
• Competent in written and spoken English and Chinese
