Job Description

• Perform day-to-day accounting duties including AR and GL entries
• Handle data checking, data entry and provide routine accounting support to the team
• Prepare account balance schedules and reconciliation
• Assist in month-end closing and update accounting data in the system
• Provide cashier services to members, graduates and students
• Assist in general office administration routines and provide clerical support
• Assist ad hoc projects assigned by the supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree/Associate Degree or above
• 1-2 years relevant working experience preferred. Fresh graduate may be considered
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua included)
• Knowledge in FlexSystem would be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Highly motivated, well-organised, attentive to details, able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office and Chinese word processing
Immediate availability is preferred.
