Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling full spectrum of company secretarial matters for the listed company and its subsidiaries incorporated in HK and offshore jurisdictions
- Assist in the preparation of the annual/interim reports, announcements and circulars
- Organize board/committees/shareholders’ meetings
- Update and maintain statutory records and filing system
- Perform a wide range of company secretarial duties and have opportunities to participate in assignments relating to corporate governance, legal and regulatory compliance
- Assist in handling ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree holder (higher diploma with relevant studies in corporate governance and company secretarial programme will also be considered)
- Associate member of HKCGI (The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute)
- At least 5 years or above relevant experience gained from professional firms or listed company
- Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Meticulous to details and can work under pressure
- A good team player to deliver quality works and meet deadlines
- Good knowledge in prevailing Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance, Takeover Codes and Securities and Futures Ordinance, and other statutory requirements
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Ability to work autonomously and to adapt to changing priorities
