Mr Lee has extensive experience in the accounting profession and provides professional advice on matters related to accounting, auditing and governance for companies in various industries in Hong Kong, Mainland China and the Asia-Pacific area. Mr Lee actively contributes to setting financial reporting standards locally and internationally. He is the Immediate Past Chairman (2019-2021) of the Financial Reporting Standards Committee of HKICPA, which is responsible for setting financial reporting standards in Hong Kong. During his tenure, Mr Lee represented HKICPA on many international and regional meetings on standard setting. He has been a member of various HKICPA’s Advisory Panels on financial reporting matters, including the Companies Ordinance (Financial Reporting) Advisory Panel, and the recently established Sustainability Advisory Panel. For more than 10 years, he served on the Review Panel for HKICPA’s Best Corporate Governance Disclosure Awards. |

Skill & experience: | Mr Chow has extensive experience in financial reporting, corporate restructuring and recovery including liquidations, receiverships, financial reviews and personal insolvencies. He is experienced in taking on appointments, including Court-appointed receivership, arising from shareholders and family’s disputes, including deceased estate and matrimonial proceedings, and is able to provide independent advice and pragmatic solutions to resolve situations and disputes. Mr Chow possesses hands-on experience in managing corporate finance related matters and has advised on the provisional liquidations and receiverships and assisting in listed companies in addressing long suspension issues (including regulatory enquiry and audit issues) of several Hong Kong listed companies, as well as assisted in the successful resumption of trading for several of those companies. He has handled numerous liquidation and receivership appointments in Hong Kong, the British Virgin Islands, Bermuda, the Cayman Islands and Samoa, and has conducted corporate workout, restructuring, operational turnaround and due diligence assignments in the region. |

Skill & experience: | With an academic career spanning over three decades, Prof. Au has been prolific in supporting not only the quality assurance regime for academic and professional qualifications, but also knowledge advancement and transfer activities, both locally and internationally. He is regularly invited to serve as chairman or member on HKCAAVQ expert panels for accreditation of academic programmes. Moreover, having published extensively in internationally referred journals covering areas such as business ethics, international management and marketing, Prof. Au has also undertaken editorial roles for a number of international journals, most notably as Regional Editor and Guest Editor for Cross-Cultural Management Journal. Over the years, as Principal or Co-Principal Investigator, he has received over HK$20 million in external competitive grants and internal grants. Prof. Au has also published over 200 articles in major Hong Kong newspapers and business magazines on topics relating to branding, consumer behaviour, management and marketing communications (in Chinese). As part of his remit to drive and support knowledge transfer in the area of corporate governance, he produced the first collaborative TV programme with HKCGI on this bourgeoning area of public interest; the series was broadcasted on HKMU’s "Knowledge for All" programme. |

Tom has completed more than 50 IPOs and is now regularly advising more than 20 listed companies on compliance and regulatory matters. In addition, he has given presentations to various PRC agencies, government departments, academic institutions, and HKEX on the legal issues relating to listings in Hong Kong. Tom has been an adjunct associate professor of the Master of Finance program of The Chinese University of Hong Kong and is currently a director of the Research Centre of International Financing & M&A of Zhejiang University. |

Skill & experience: | Robin is a practising governance professional with two decades of company secretarial experience. He is Director – Company Secretariat of Link, a listed multinational real estate investment trust and a constituent of the Hang Seng Index. In this role, he is responsible for supporting the board and providing a full suite of company secretarial services for this acquisitive group. He has held senior roles in HSBC in both London and Hong Kong, latterly as HSBC’s Global Head of Corporate Governance Advisory. At HSBC, he was responsible for the formulation and delivery of solutions to multi-jurisdictional governance, legal and regulatory issues. Prior to that, he was the Deputy Company Secretary of SEGRO plc, a FTSE100 real estate investment trust, where in addition to his company secretarial role, he was a trustee for two defined benefit pension schemes. Having started his career in information systems, Robin then trained as a chartered secretary in Centrica plc, a FTSE30 energy company with operations spanning into telecoms and insurance. |

His research in issues pertaining to corporate governance and the regulatory framework of capital markets – which published in journals in Australasia, Europe and the United States of America – was supported by more than USD300,000 in recurring private sector grants since 2006. Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, CK is currently a member of the statutory Advisory Committee of the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council as well as of the Standing Committee on Company Law Reform in Hong Kong. Amongst others he previously served on the Listing Committee of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong as well as on the Securities and Futures Appeals Tribunal. |

Mrs Natalia Seng first joined the HKCGI Council in 1997 and served as President from 2007 to 2009. Natalia has worked in the Corporate Services and TCSP industry for 40 years. She was a founding team member of Ernst & Young’s corporate services until its CS practice was sold to Tricor in 2002. As Tricor is not a provider of audit services to listed companies, Natalia initiated and developed her team members to provide outsourced Company Secretary services to listed companies including H shares companies. She was appointed the Tricor CEO - China and Hong Kong from 2012 to 2018 and then the Vice-Chairman of Tricor Hong Kong and Offshore until her retirement. HKCGI has awarded Natalia “The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries Prize 2017” and she was also awarded an Outstanding PolyU Alumni by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2019. |

Bill has extensive experience in the fields of corporate governance, legal, compliance and risk management. He was Executive Vice President and General Counsel for ICBC Asia and the Company Secretary of Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited. Bill had the experience in leading Corporate Secretariat teams in Greater China and Asia sub-regions to provide effective corporate governance support and trusted advisory services to the boards, C-suite executives, business leaders and other stakeholders. In the earlier stage of his professional career after being qualified with New York Bar, Bill practiced corporate and securities laws with Clifford Chance, Baker McKenzie and Hogan Lovells in New York, London, Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai. |

Skill & experience: | Mr Xie was appointed President & CEO of Xiamen Airlines in September 2022. He has made a major contribution to promote the construction of Xiamen Airlines' safety system of six pillars, and led the team to cope with the greatest pressure midst COVID-19, maintaining the continuous profit record of Xiamen Airlines. Mr Xie served as a joint company secretary/the company secretary of China Southern Airlines Company Limited, a listed company in New York (ADR Code: ZNH), Hong Kong (H Share Stock Code: 1055) and Shanghai (A Share Stock Code: 600029) from November 2007 to September 2022. He had been the board secretary of China Southern Airlines for more than thirteen years and was responsible for the management of the company, information disclosure, maintaining good relationships among investors and capital operation. Previously, he was also in charge of the financial sector of China Southern Airlines, communicating with the global capital market. Mr Xie holds a bachelor degree in transportation management from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, an MBA from Jinan University, an MBA (international banking and finance) from The University of Birmingham, and an EMBA from Tsinghua University. He is a senior economist and holds the qualification for board secretary of listed company on Shanghai Stock Exchange and the qualification for company secretary of Hong Kong listed company. |
