Investors are increasingly concerned with sustainability, including ESG-related governance concerns. They may consider a company's rating when providing debt and/or equity capital. The governance professional should, therefore, seek to understand rating as a general topic and seek knowledge from practical sharing.

This seminar will share the joint research results with the Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU) (click HERE). More importantly, it will consider how governance professionals can support getting good company ratings. There will be sharing by a leading company that uses rating for fundraising. This practical seminar provides a business case supporting good governance disclosures, which the governance professional should find insightful.
