Description

The preparation of an annual report is a crucial compliance task for listed companies. It requires strict adherence to the Listing Rules and the disclosure of all relevant information in a truthful and dutiful manner. Failure to do so may result in suspension of trading or/and regulatory investigations.

Over the past two years, the Stock Exchange has made significant changes to the Listing Rules to add or modify information disclosure requirements for listed companies in their annual reports. As a result, listed companies must be fully aware of these new requirements and learn how to deal with them effectively.

To help governance professionals navigate these changes, the Institute has invited seasoned speakers to provide an overview of the annual report requirements outlined in the Listing Rules, to explain the recent amendments, and to share practical experience in tackling various unclear issues.

Attendees of this seminar can gain valuable insights into the latest requirements for annual reports and learn how to prepare a comprehensive and compliant report that meets regulatory standards.
