The Institute has recently published its sixth issue of the Company Law Guidance Note (Download) to summarise the requirements of carrying out a share repurchase under the Companies Ordinance.

In this seminar, speakers from Slaughter and May, being the author of the Guidance Note, will provide an overview on why companies conduct share repurchase, how share repurchase is done by Hong Kong private and listed companies, and the practical tips to implement share repurchase. This training also intends to serve as a practical governance-related regulatory reference to the governance professional, directors and senior management.
