Description

A cross-sectoral Competition Law Regime was established in Hong Kong with the enactment of the Competition Ordinance (Cap. 619) (the 'Ordinance') in 2012. The enforcement guidelines and other implementing regulations under the Ordinance were finalised prior to the Ordinance coming into force in 2015.
