- Amendments to the Corporate Governance Code (“CG Code”) and related Listing Rules effective on 1 July 2025: An overview of the amendments to CG Code and the related Listing Rules and how the amendments would affect the disclosure in future annual reports.
- HKEX Annual Review on Annual Reports of Listing Companies: an examination of HKEX’s concerns regarding annual reports, missing disclosures and common disclosure pitfalls.
- Enforcement Trends: An analysis of recent enforcement cases and their implications for corporate compliance.
