Description

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a top priority in the boardroom. Boards, governance professionals, and senior management must work together to co-create the AI horizon. This requires embedding the core elements of AI governance — ethical use, accountability frameworks, assurance, and stakeholder trust — into corporate strategy and oversight.

This seminar will explore:

  • The Evolving AI Landscape – opportunities, risks, and implications for governance.
  • Director Leadership Attributes – what boards need to oversee AI responsibly.
  • AI Policy and Oversight – frameworks for ethical, transparent, and accountable AI adoption.
