Modern technology offers both significant opportunities and challenges for governance professionals in today’s rapidly evolving landscape. As the scope of governance responsibilities expands, leveraging technology for compliance becomes increasingly vital. Technology-driven compliance solutions can not only reduce costs but also streamline routine tasks through the use of artificial intelligence. However, simply having access to advanced tools is not enough; effective implementation and strategic integration are crucial for success. 

We are excited to host this seminar focused on technology in compliance, featuring insights from leading experts in the AML/CFT and accounting fields. They will provide an overview of the latest advancements in compliance technology, emphasising practical applications and emerging trends in governance. 

Following the presentations, an engaging panel discussion will address behavioural challenges commonly encountered in practice, including resistance to compliance among client-facing teams and the identification of red-flag behaviours. Participants will leave with valuable insights into how effective internal communication and technology can enhance detection capabilities, facilitate data-driven decision-making, and promote a robust culture of compliance throughout the organisation.
