Description

In light of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) accelerating efforts to facilitate “A-then-H” listings, the Institute (HKCGI) and Baker McKenzie FenXun have jointly published the Guidelines for A-then-H Listings (Link). This publication is based on HKEX’s updated approval procedures and our practical experience, providing a clear roadmap for A-share listed companies in Mainland China considering listings in Hong Kong. It covers key execution strategies, regulatory milestones, and post-listing compliance requirements for dual A+H share listings.

In the seminar, our esteemed speakers will cover:

  • Strategic rationale and market advantages of A-then-H listings
  • Step-by-step execution roadmap and regulatory milestones
  • Post-listing compliance across A-share and H-share markets
  • Common challenges and practical solutions
