Description

In this seminar, speakers from the Competition Practice at Slaughter and May in Hong Kong will give an overview of competition law in the digital age, looking at how regulators are seeking to address competition law issues arising in the digital space and harness new digital technology in their enforcement activity.

Their presentation will cover digital regulation, recent trends in the regulatory review of AI transactions/partnerships, the use of digital tools in competition investigations, and cases in the digital space in Hong Kong.
