講座除簡介中國委托公証人制度外，將重點介紹委托公証人辦理公證文書的流程、公證文書的種類、以及香港企業往內地使用的常見公司類公證文書，包括辦理公證文書的便民措施及便利公證查核工作而推出的各項安排：
- 在過去兩年間，新增了8個省市，現時有17個省市的市場監督管理部門（包括大灣區7個城市）使用簡化版公證文書。
- 開通線上公證文書核查系統，為公證文書核查工作帶來更多便利。
- 「中國委托公証（香港）信息化平台」上線啟用，市監部門使用的簡化版公證文書作為首個電子化辦證的上線格式。
- 廣東省東莞市及浙江省開通「港資企業全程電子化登記系統」，為在廣東省東莞市或浙江省投資創業的香港企業提供全程電子化登記服務。
- 深圳市河套區e站通綜合中心設立“深港跨境委托公證服務窗口”，為香港投資者辦理委托公證提供諮詢服務及綠色通道，縮短辦證時間。
