Description

With the recent cases of FTX, JPEX and other issuers and exchanges in the cryptocurrency world, how do we encourage good corporate governance and responsible behaviour? Come to this session to hear about the lessons we can learn from the recent scandals and failures and how Hong Kong’s new regulatory regime intends to balance the deterrence of bad players and the support of innovation.
