Description

The Institute’s work in promoting anti-money laundering and counter financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) best practices, supported by six HKCGI AML/CFT Organisations, is recognised by the Government of the Hong Kong SAR under the 2018 and 2022 editions of the ‘Hong Kong Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Risk Assessment Reports’ submitted to the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), the international standard setter.

  • Offshore and trust related AML/CFT issues
  • AML/CFT case and practice sharing, including for the TCSP sector

The understanding of AML/CFT concerns is now of general importance. Therefore, this conference will be relevant to those working in the TCSP sector, senior management and others seeking general knowledge on AML/CFT concerns.
