The Inland Revenue Department (“IRD”) has updated the Tax Guide for Charitable Institutions and Trusts of a Public Character, which contains the interpretation and practices of the IRD towards the taxation matters of charitable organisations.  The purpose of this seminar is to provide insights on the contents of and the latest updates to the tax guide for charitable organisations, in the hope of helping the organisations to prevent and manage tax controversy or risks by understanding and complying with the relevant tax law.
