The Institute’s signature event, the 25th Annual Corporate and Regulatory Update (ACRU 2024) will be held in hybrid mode on Friday, 7 June 2024. Registration for online or physical attendance is now open with early bird discount valid until 30 April 2024.
The goal of ACRU 2024 is to promote better governance better future through a comprehensive year-in-review of significant regulatory themes and enforcement trends. Six key regulators (as listed in order of appearance below) will speak on latest developments in core company and securities law, listing rules and other corporate regulations, competition law as well as data security, Greater Bay Area cross-boundary personal information flow and ethical perspectives of governance.
