Hong Kong – The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) today announced the release of its seminal publication, Responsible AI Policy Development: A Governance Playbook. This new resource equips boards, senior management, and governance professionals with practical tools to navigate one of the most pressing strategic challenges of our time: the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence (AI).
HKCGI’s Playbook addresses both imperatives, enabling organisations to innovate with confidence while embedding strong governance, risk management, and accountability.
“AI governance is now a boardroom priority,” said Mr David Simmonds FCG HKFCG, President of HKCGI and Chief Strategy, Sustainability & Governance Officer of CLP Holdings Limited. “Our Playbook gives directors and governance professionals a clear roadmap for building robust, adaptive AI policies that align with international best practices and Hong Kong’s regulatory expectations."
