The Institute is committed to promoting environmental sustainability and ensuring efficient administration. In line with these values, the Institute’s Articles of Association allow for electronic communication with its members. We encourage members to opt for receiving the annual report, general meeting notice and related documents in electronic format rather than in printed form.
For Members who have already specified their preference, no further action is required as your existing choice will remain in effect. If you wish to change your preference, you may do so by logging into your user account via the log-in-area of the Institute’s website. Please make your selection no later than Wednesday 1 October 2025 at 6.00 pm.
