[Press Release] HKCGI and Lintstock Unveil Groundbreaking Research on Board Effectiveness in Hong Kong

Hong Kong – The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) and Lintstock have released a joint research report titled 'International Best Practice in Board Effectiveness – Hong Kong Edition'. This pioneering study, drawing insights from over 400 directors and board representatives globally, provides a comprehensive analysis of board reviews and governance practices.

As Hong Kong companies prepare for the introduction of a new Corporate Governance Code provision requiring board performance reviews every two years from July 2025, this research offers timely and practical guidance on enhancing board effectiveness.
