Over 400 Government officials, regulators, members and friends of HKCGI celebrated at a cocktail reception themed “Resilience in Governance” on 31 January 2024. As the Guest of Honour, The Hon. Mr Paul Chan Mo-po, GBM, GBS, MH, JP, Financial Secretary, HKSAR and Institute Fellow delivered a speech which covered a wide variety of topics and was well received. Ms Edith Shih FCG(CS, CGP) HKFCG(CS, CGP)(PE), Honorary Advisor to Council, Past International President and Institute Past President announced the awardee of HKCGI Prize 2023 whilst Dr Anthony Neoh QC, SC, JP, FCG HKFCG, the proud recipient of the HKCGI Prize 2023 then made a motivational speech.
