On 8 January 2024, ORO requested the Institute to update members that the following contracts were awarded in November 2023:
(a) Tender for the appointment of provisional trustees under Section 12(1A) of the Bankruptcy Ordinance (Cap.6) (Tender Reference: OR/C/2023); and
(b) Tender for providing services to complete Preliminary Examination in Bankruptcy Cases (Tender Reference: OR/B/2023).
