On 24 October 2023, IRD has created one designated webpage “Tax Certainty Enhancement Scheme” for Onshore Disposal Gains as proposed under the Inland Revenue (Amendment) (Disposal Gain by Holder of Qualifying Equity Interests) Bill 2023, which is subject to the scrutiny and approval by the Legislative Council.
