On 28 July 2023, ORO issued a tender notice to invite interested parties to submit tender for providing services to complete Preliminary Examination in Bankruptcy Cases. The contractual period for the tender will be 2 years ending on 31 December 2025. The deadline for submitting the tender will be at 12.00 noon on 22 August 2023.
