With effect from 7 July 2023, The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Exchange), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX), has appointed Mr Ernest CH Lee FCG HKFCG(PE), Institute President, and Technical Partner, Deloitte China, as a member of the Listing Committee.

In addition, the Financial Secretary has appointed Mr Lee as Convenor of the Financial Reporting Review Panel (FRRP) of the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council (AFRC) for a term of three years, from 16 July 2023 to 15 July 2026.
