On 7 July 2023, ORO issued a tender notice to invite interested parties to submit tender for taking up of Appointment as Provisional Trustees under section 12(1A) of the Bankruptcy Ordinance (Cap.6). The contractual period for the tender will be 2 years ending on 31 December 2025. The deadline for submitting the tender will be at 12.00 noon on 1 August 2023.
